These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use 
of the Soccer Shop Kicko website ("Service"), 
operated by SHOP SEABED Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms apply to all use of the Service.

prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon 
posting to the website or notification by any

Users must comply with all applicable laws, 
these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any 
guidelines posted on the Service.

"Users" refers to all individuals who browse, 
search, or use the Service after agreeing to 
these Terms. This includes registered members.

Article 4 — Definition of Members
"Members" are individuals who have completed 
the registration process and have been approved 
by us.

Article 5 — Member Registration
To register, you must provide your name, 
date of birth, address, phone number, 
email address, and password.

Registration is not available to children 
under the age of 6.

Registration is complete when you receive 
and open our confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline registration 
in the following cases:
(1) Previous violations of these Terms
(2) False or inaccurate registration information
(3) History of payment delays or improper returns
(4) Previous violations of Article 18 
    (Prohibited Activities)
(5) Any other reason we deem inappropriate

Article 6 — Changes to Registration Information
Members must promptly update their account 
information if any details change. We are not 
responsible for any issues arising from 
outdated information.

Article 7 — Suspension or Termination of Account
We may suspend or terminate a member's account 
without prior notice if we determine they have 
violated these Terms.

Article 8 — Account Cancellation
Members may cancel their account at any time.

Article 9 — Account Security
Members are responsible for managing their 
login credentials. We are not liable for 
any damage caused by unauthorized use of 
your account.

Article 10 — Use of Personal Information
Personal information is used in accordance 
with our Privacy Policy and for the 
following purposes:
(1) Order fulfillment, after-sales service, 
    and product announcements
(2) Mail-order operations and event notifications
(3) Marketing, analytics, and advertising
(4) Member account login
(5) Fraud prevention and investigation

CHAPTER 4 — PURCHASES

Article 11 — Purchase Contract
A purchase contract is formed when you click 
the order button and receive a confirmation 
email from us. We reserve the right to cancel 
any order if fraudulent activity is identified.

Article 12 — Payment
Payment must be made by credit card or any 
other method approved by us. Card usage terms 
are governed by the agreement between the 
member and their card provider.

Article 13 — Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 
7 days of delivery, subject to our conditions. 
Exchanges are limited to the same item in a 
different size or color. Return shipping costs 
are the customer's responsibility unless the 
issue is caused by us.

Article 14 — Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, we make no 
warranties regarding the quality or suitability 
of our products or services.

Article 16 — Member Account
After logging in, members may view and update 
their registered information.

Article 17 — Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the content of 
external links. We may suspend the Service 
without notice due to natural disasters, 
social unrest, or system failures. Disputes 
between users or with third parties must be 
resolved by the parties involved.

Article 18 — Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
(1) Actions that cause harm to us or third parties
(2) Commercial use without our approval
(3) Any activity that violates applicable laws
(4) Use of content beyond personal, 
    non-commercial purposes
(5) Reproduction, sale, or public distribution 
    of our content
(6) Sending viruses or other harmful programs

Article 19 — Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service 
and its content belong to us or the respective 
rights holders. Unauthorized use is strictly 
prohibited.

We may suspend or discontinue the Service 
without notice for maintenance, natural 
disasters, social unrest, or other reasons.

Article 22 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any matters not covered by these Terms shall 
be resolved through good-faith discussion. 
If legal proceedings are necessary, the 
exclusive jurisdiction for first instance 
shall be the US courts applicable to 
Soccer Shop Kicko's place of business.
