Shopping Guide

Welcome to Shop Kicko. Here is everything you need 
to know about placing an order, shipping, payments, 
and returns.

1. How to Place an Order

Add to Cart
Add your desired items to your cart, enter your 
shipping address, and select a payment method. 
Review your order and click "Confirm Order" to complete 
your purchase.

Order Confirmation Email
You will receive an automatic confirmation email 
immediately after placing your order. If you do not 
receive it, please check your spam folder or verify 
your email address. If any item is out of stock, 
we will notify you by email. In-stock orders are 
typically shipped within 1 business day 
(excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Notification
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a 
shipping notification email with your tracking number. 
Please note that cancellations or changes requested 
after shipment may incur additional shipping costs.

Delivery
If your order does not arrive, please check the 
tracking information provided or contact us directly.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, 
please contact us by email. See Section 8 for details.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only possible while 
your order is still being prepared for shipment. 
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable 
to accept changes or cancellations. Please contact 
us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

3. Pricing & Stock

Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.

Stock: Items shown as "In Stock" may occasionally 
sell out due to high demand. We will notify you 
promptly if this occurs.

4. Newsletter

We send newsletters with information about sales 
and new arrivals. To unsubscribe or update your 
email address, please contact us.

5. Product Information

Sizes, specifications, and other product details 
are subject to change without notice. Please refer 
to the product page for the most up-to-date information.

6. Payment Methods

Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, 
Discover, and UnionPay.

PayPal
PayPal is also available at checkout. Billing dates 
may vary depending on your PayPal account settings.

Note: Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.

7. Shipping

Shipping Fees:
- United States: $8.00
- Canada & Mexico: $10.00 – $12.00
- Central & South America: $12.00 – $15.00
- United Kingdom: $10.00 – $12.00
- Australia & New Zealand: $10.00 – $12.00
- Europe (Other): $12.00 – $15.00

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Estimated Dispatch:
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business 
days of payment confirmation.

Please note that shipping charges apply per order. 
Combined shipping for separate orders is not available.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving 
your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of 
contacting us.

Returns or exchanges due to size or styling preferences 
are considered customer-initiated, and return shipping 
costs are the customer's responsibility.

We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
- Items with missing tags, boxes, or accessories
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items that have been altered or customized

Exchange Process:
Email us with the subject line "Exchange" and include 
your order details and reason for exchange. 
Exchanges are available for the same item in a 
different size or color. Return shipping is the 
customer's responsibility. We will dispatch the 
replacement item upon receiving the returned item.

Return Process:
Email us with the subject line "Return" and include 
your order details and reason for return. 
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Method:
Credit Card: Refunds will be processed as a charge 
reversal or adjustment. Please allow up to one billing 
cycle for the refund to appear.

Refund Amount:
Refunds are issued for the product price only, 
excluding shipping fees. Even for free shipping 
orders, actual shipping costs may be deducted.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
If a replacement is available, we will send one at 
no additional cost. If out of stock, a full refund 
will be issued. All shipping costs for defective or 
incorrect items are covered by Shop Kicko.
