Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of 
placement. To request a cancellation, please 
contact us as soon as possible at:

Once Fulfillment Has Begun
Even within the 24-hour window, we are unable 
to cancel orders that have already entered the 
fulfillment process. We appreciate your 
understanding.

After Shipment / Refused Delivery
If an order is refused at delivery or a 
cancellation is requested after shipment, 
the following costs will be charged to 
the customer:
- Round-trip shipping fees
- Packaging and handling costs
This applies even to orders that originally 
qualified for free shipping.

Fraud Prevention
Soccer Shop Kicko uses a proprietary security 
system to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent 
transactions. If our system detects a potential 
risk, we reserve the right to cancel the order 
without prior notice. For security reasons, 
we are unable to disclose the details of 
our fraud detection process.
