Returns & Exchanges Policy

Contact Deadline
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving 
your order at:

Returns or exchanges requested without prior 
contact cannot be accepted.
Items must be returned within 10 days of 
your initial contact.

Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for reasons 
such as size or style preference.
However, return shipping costs are the 
customer's responsibility.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned 
or exchanged:
- Items reported after 7 days of delivery
- Items with missing tags, boxes, 
  or accessories
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items damaged, soiled, or with odors 
  caused by the customer
- Items that have been altered or customized
  (e.g. hemming or printing)

Exchange Process
Email us with the subject line "Exchange" 
and include:
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your reason for the exchange
- Your preferred size or color

Exchanges are limited to the same item 
in a different size or color.
We will dispatch the replacement item 
after receiving and inspecting your return.
(Return shipping may be at the customer's 
expense.)

Return Process
Email us with the subject line "Return" 
and include:
- The item you wish to return
- Your reason for the return

Refunds will be processed after we receive 
and inspect the returned item.
Any reward points applied to the original 
order will be automatically voided 
upon return.

Refund Amount
Refunds are issued for the product price 
(including tax), minus shipping fees.
For orders that originally qualified for 
free shipping, actual shipping costs 
may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method
Credit Card:
Refunds are processed as a charge reversal 
or adjustment, typically completed within 
3–5 business days. Depending on your 
billing cycle, the refund may appear 
on your next statement.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- If a replacement is in stock, we will 
  send a replacement item at no cost.
- If out of stock, a full refund will 
  be issued.
All shipping costs for defective or 
incorrect items are covered by 
Soccer Shop Kicko.
