Product Stats
- The 1998 World Cup in France marked Japan's first-ever appearance at the tournament, a milestone moment for the sport in the country following the establishment of the professional J.League five years earlier.
- This bold flame graphic exemplified the experimental goalkeeper kit designs popular in the late 1990s, when adidas and other manufacturers used striking patterns to make keepers instantly distinguishable from outfield players on the pitch.
