- This home jersey belongs to Fiorentina's 1992-93 season, one of the most dramatic campaigns in the club's history. Under manager Luigi Radice, Fiorentina sat as high as second place after 13 rounds, playing attacking football built around Gabriel Batistuta, Stefan Effenberg, and Brian Laudrup. However, a dispute with vice-president Vittorio Cecchi Gori led to Radice's dismissal in January, and his replacement Aldo Agroppi won only two matches before also being dismissed in April.
- Fiorentina's form collapsed after Radice's departure, and despite scoring 53 goals across the season, more than 11 teams who finished above them, the club was relegated to Serie B on the final day of the campaign, beaten out on head-to-head record. Batistuta finished as the club's top scorer with 16 league goals despite the turmoil. Made by Lotto and sponsored by 7Up, this jersey is a poignant piece for collectors documenting one of Italian football's most dramatic collapses, and Batistuta's early years at the club.
