- This home jersey belongs to Lazio's historic 1999-2000 season, played in the club's centenary year under manager Sven-Goran Eriksson. Lazio trailed league leaders Juventus by as much as nine points with eight games remaining, but a remarkable run of form, including a win in Turin against Juventus themselves, cut the gap to just two points heading into the final day of the season.
- On the final matchday, Lazio comfortably beat Reggina 3-0 at the Stadio Olimpico with goals from Simone Inzaghi, Juan Sebastian Veron and Diego Simeone, while Juventus traveled to already-safe Perugia. A torrential storm flooded the Perugia pitch, and despite a delayed kickoff, Alessandro Calori scored the only goal of the game to hand Juventus a shock 1-0 defeat. The results meant Lazio leapfrogged Juventus to win their second Serie A title, their first since 1974. Made by Puma and sponsored by Del Monte, this jersey is tied to one of the most dramatic title deciders in Serie A history.
