- This away jersey belongs to Inter Milan's 2004-05 season, the first under new head coach Roberto Mancini following his arrival from Lazio. A run of draws kept Inter out of the Serie A title race, and they finished third behind champions Juventus, later stripped of the title in the Calciopoli scandal. Striker Adriano, nicknamed 'The Emperor,' was the standout performer with 28 goals in all competitions, 16 of them in Serie A.
- The season is also remembered for the ill-tempered Champions League quarter-final against city rivals AC Milan, abandoned after Inter fans threw flares onto the San Siro pitch, striking Milan goalkeeper Dida and forcing UEFA to fine the club. Inter ended the campaign with silverware, beating Roma to win the Coppa Italia, their first trophy since 1998. Made by Nike, this away shirt swaps Inter's usual stripes for a white body with a bold Pirelli chest band, a distinctive design from Mancini's opening season in charge.
