- This home jersey was worn during Italy's 1995 campaign under head coach Arrigo Sacchi, who was leading the Azzurri through qualifying for Euro '96 following their run to the 1994 World Cup final. Italy were drawn into Group 4 alongside Croatia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Lithuania and Estonia, and the year brought several fresh faces into the squad, including striker Fabrizio Ravanelli, who scored on his debut against Estonia in March 1995. Captained by Paolo Maldini, Italy secured qualification for Euro '96 in England, though a talented squad featuring Gianfranco Zola, Roberto Baggio and a young Alessandro Del Piero would ultimately exit the tournament at the group stage the following summer.
- Made by Nike, the jersey carries the same jacquard fabric and gold-piped shoulder seams as the shirt worn in the 1994 World Cup final, distinguished by tricolor cuffs in the green, white and red of the Italian flag. The circular FIGC badge with three gold stars, marking Italy's three World Cup titles at the time, sits on the chest. As the kit worn during Sacchi's rebuilding year between two major tournaments, this jersey remains a popular piece for collectors of 1990s Azzurri history.

The shirt is blue with a subtle tonal jacquard pattern. The V-neck collar is white with gold piping trim, and matching gold piping runs along each shoulder seam. The sleeve cuffs are trimmed in the green, white and red of the Italian flag. A white embroidered Nike swoosh sits on the left chest, with the Italian Football Federation badge, a blue and white circular crest with three gold stars above the text FEDERAZIONE ITALIANA GIUOCO CALCIO and a small Italian flag, positioned on the right chest. Two small gold stars are printed near the right sleeve cuff. A black rectangular AUTHENTIC NIKE tag is sewn near the lower left hem.
