- This home jersey was introduced in 2013 as England's first kit made by Nike, worn during the closing stages of qualifying for the 2014 World Cup under manager Roy Hodgson. England secured automatic qualification for the finals in Brazil with a strong late run of form, seeing off closest challengers Ukraine and Montenegro to finish top of their group. The squad during this period featured experienced figures such as Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard, playing what proved to be some of their final matches together for the national team.
- Made to mark the Football Association's 150th anniversary, the jersey carries a special gold crest reading 1863, 150 YEARS, and 2013 beneath the Three Lions badge, a one-time design used only around the anniversary period before England reverted to a plain crest for the actual 2014 World Cup. The white body with a navy-trimmed crew neck collar set a new template that has defined England's home kits under Nike ever since. As the brand's debut England shirt and a limited commemorative design, this jersey holds particular appeal for collectors of England kit history.
