Product Stats
- Kappa's 1997/98 home shirt gave Juventus's traditional stripes a sporty late-90s update, adding black mesh side panels and a polo collar, with the Sony MiniDisc logo standing out in blue across a white chest band. The season followed the club's centenary celebrations in 1997.
- Juventus were the dominant force in Italy at the time. In 1997/98 the Bianconeri retained the Serie A title, claiming the club's 25th league championship, and reached a third straight Champions League final, which they lost narrowly to Real Madrid in Amsterdam. This era cemented the side as one of the strongest in European football during the 1990s.
