- Released as Juventus marked 100 years since its founding in 1897, this away shirt revived the pink worn by the club's original team and added an embroidered centenary logo to the placket. Kappa's design paired the heritage colour with modern mesh panels, and Sony MiniDisc appeared as shirt sponsor during this period.
- The anniversary season ended in celebration as Juventus claimed the Serie A title, adding a 25th league crown to the club's record. In Europe, the Bianconeri reached a third consecutive Champions League final, where they were edged out by Real Madrid in Amsterdam. Long-sleeve versions of this centenary shirt are particularly scarce and highly prized by collectors.
