Product Stats
- Mexico secured their place at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil through an intercontinental play-off, but once at the tournament the team impressed. They won their opening match against Cameroon, held hosts Brazil to a goalless draw and then beat Croatia to advance from the group stage.
- In the round of 16, Mexico led the Netherlands until late in the game before a dramatic comeback ended their run. The campaign extended the nation's long streak of reaching the knockout rounds, and adidas's green home shirt with its distinctive chest graphic remains one of the most popular El Tri designs of the decade.
