Product Stats
- Cameroon's sleeveless Puma kit became one of the most talked-about designs in football history. The team wore the vest-style shirts at the 2002 Africa Cup of Nations in Mali, where they successfully defended their continental title by beating Senegal on penalties in the final, cementing their status as Africa's leading side at the time.
- When the squad prepared for the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Japan and South Korea, FIFA ruled that the sleeveless design did not meet its kit regulations, and the team had to add sleeves for the tournament. The episode only added to the shirt's legend, and the original sleeveless version remains a highly sought-after cult classic among collectors.
