Product Stats
- Ajax wore this home shirt across the 2002-03 and 2003-04 seasons under Ronald Koeman. In 2002-03, a young side reached the Champions League quarter-finals, where they were narrowly knocked out by eventual winners AC Milan, while in 2003-04 they won the Eredivisie title. The squad featured a generation of emerging talents, including Rafael van der Vaart, Wesley Sneijder, Maxwell and Cristian Chivu.
- Zlatan Ibrahimović wore the number 9 shirt after joining Ajax from Malmö in 2001. He scored twice on his Champions League debut against Lyon in 2002 and quickly became known for his technique, strength and flair. His time in Amsterdam ended with one of his most famous goals, a solo run past several NAC Breda defenders in August 2004, shortly before he moved to Juventus. Ajax was the club where his remarkable career in Europe's top leagues began.
- This home shirt features Ajax's iconic white base and wide red centre panel, with the vertical ABN AMRO sponsor giving it an unmistakable early-2000s identity. The Champions League patch marks it as the European version. It appeals to Ajax supporters, Ibrahimović and Sweden fans, Champions League collectors and anyone who wants a shirt from the start of Zlatan's journey.
