- Manchester United reached the 1999 Champions League final at the Camp Nou in Barcelona needing a win to complete an unprecedented Treble, having already won the Premier League and the FA Cup. Umbro produced this special shirt for the final alone, adding the match inscription, a tonal starball pattern and a framed crest. Bayern Munich led 1-0 from an early Mario Basler free-kick, and United trailed going into stoppage time on 26 May 1999. Teddy Sheringham then equalised and Ole Gunnar Solskjær scored the winner, sealing one of the most dramatic finishes in football history.
