The white Fly Emirates sponsor and club crest reflected Milan's established identity, while the seven-title European badge celebrated the club's historic Champions League achievements. The design was worn during a transitional season for the Rossoneri.
- Under Massimiliano Allegri, AC Milan finished third in Serie A, with Stephan El Shaarawy and Mario Balotelli among their leading attackers. The team reached the Champions League round of 16 before losing to Barcelona. Kaká was playing for Real Madrid that season and returned to Milan in September 2013, again wearing number 22. This Kaká edition is therefore a custom tribute rather than a historically worn combination.
