Product Stats
- Bayern Munich's 2000-01 away jersey was manufactured by Adidas and carried into the 2001-02 season. The predominantly white shirt featured striking red vertical stripes, navy trim and the long-standing OPEL sponsor. Its classic polo collar and bold geometric layout reflected early-2000s football design. The jersey became associated with one of Bayern's most successful periods under manager Ottmar Hitzfeld.
- During the 2000-01 campaign, Bayern secured the Bundesliga title and won the UEFA Champions League, defeating Valencia on penalties in the final. The squad included Oliver Kahn, Stefan Effenberg, Mehmet Scholl and Giovane Élber. Bayern also won the Intercontinental Cup in 2001. Diego Maradona never played for the German club, so a Maradona #10 version represents custom personalization rather than a historically worn player shirt.
