Product Stats
- Juventus' 1997-98 home jersey was produced by Kappa, featuring the club's traditional black and white stripes, contrasting collar and blue SONY MiniDisc sponsorship. The Scudetto shield celebrated the previous season's Serie A triumph, while two gold stars represented Juventus' historic league titles. Under Marcello Lippi, the team combined experienced leaders with outstanding attacking talent, including Zinedine Zidane, Alessandro Del Piero and Filippo Inzaghi.
- During the 1997-98 campaign, Juventus secured another Serie A championship, finishing ahead of Inter Milan. Zidane, wearing number 21, played a central creative role and helped the Bianconeri reach their third consecutive UEFA Champions League final. Juventus ultimately lost 1-0 to Real Madrid in Amsterdam. The season strengthened Zidane's reputation as one of Europe's leading midfielders, making this Kappa design a memorable symbol of Juventus' late-1990s success.
