- Liverpool's 2006-07 third jersey marked Adidas' return as the club's kit supplier after a decade with Reebok. Based on the Teamgeist template, its unusual white-and-green asymmetric design featured curved paneling, the Liverpool crest and traditional Carlsberg sponsorship. The shirt became a distinctive part of Rafael Benítez's Liverpool era and was worn by players including Steven Gerrard, Craig Bellamy and Xabi Alonso.
- During the 2006-07 season, Liverpool finished third in the Premier League and reached the UEFA Champions League final in Athens, losing 2-1 to AC Milan. Captain Steven Gerrard remained central to the team's midfield, wearing his familiar number 8. This white-and-green design is also remembered for Craig Bellamy's famous golf-swing celebration against Barcelona during Liverpool's memorable Champions League campaign.
